Cala d'Arconte Hotel Village in Marina di Camerota overlooks one of the most beautiful and appealing beaches of the Cilento National Park, it is immersed in the green of a lush pine grove, protected by a natural inlet and directly by the sea.
It offers a different experience, outside the concept of a mass tourist village and invasive entertainments, ideal for those who love to be pampered in an environment of extreme relaxation and natural simplicity.

With just 45 rooms for a maximum capacity of 100 beds, the hotel village offers cozy and quiet spaces, where you can stay in peace and quiet at all hours of the day under the coolness of the trees, perhaps sipping a drink or taking coffee.

Our history and philosophy

A man, fascinated by the natural beauties of Cilento and by the wild and pure coastline between Palinuro and Marina di Camerota, wanted to stop in this corner of paradise in order to make his dream come true.

Cala d'Arconte hotel village has had only one purpose since its origins in the 70s and that is merging with the beauty of nature in full force without dominating it. The first accommodations and bungalows were made of wood with thatched roofs that were hand-woven by local women and concealed with barren rock and low Mediterranean scrub. The furnishings were simple and made of wood and pure cotton sheets without televisions or telephones at the time. The expectation was so that the guests could fully enjoy environmental resources.

Entertainment was strictly lacking, time was free and everyone could live freely running, swimming, reading, communicating with other guests, singing, eating good local food especially the fish that fishermen brought to the hotel village each day after fishing.

The green holiday philosophy and the spirit of the hotel village nicknamed "Calino" remains the same till date. The Cala d'Arconte Hotel Village has become an even more luxurious and healthy place of hospitality in over thirty years of dedication, respect and sensitivity from father to son.
We offer a holiday free from technological pollution and our priorities are disconnection from the obsessive rhythms of time and media, simplicity, good food, tranquility, peace and silence, the relationship with nature and total immersion in its beauty, together with care and availability to our guests.
At Cala d'Arconte Hotel Villaggio we love the environment and we want to share all this with you our dear guest. The attention and care we have towards nature lead us to try to preserve it each day. For this reason, we chose to use natural materials in the construction of our furniture and we turned to local workers for its production. You will also find wooden sunbeds and structures on the beach.

Among the tourist villages in Marina di Camerota, Cala d'Arconte has always been the favorite place for artists thanks to its privileged position.

Artists of all kinds have spent weeks or months on holiday here creating works of art of the most varied forms while looking out to sea from under our cool shade of thick trees or attractive caves.
For this reason, we decided to create an ad hoc space from the summer of 2011, a drawing, painting and modelling studio open all day long and available to our guests.

In the reserved area you can use various materials on your own or under the direction and guidance of the owner and artist Carolina Ciuccio who will be happy to pass on her knowledge and accompany you in your experiment.

Massimo at the reception is easy to deal with and approachable. You can hear the sound of the waves while you sleep in your cottage which is priceless. Highly recommended!

A beautiful village in wooded countryside and well-kept gardens. The gentle caressing of the sound of the ocean below the wood groves is a constant companion. The rooms are clean and simple but everything works. From the restaurant kitchen comes a variety of quality regional dishes from Campania. Loved the seafood. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is a dream. Was at the dream wedding last year mentioned in another review, so was able to compare the service. Wifi is getting better but you soon forget it. The peaceful tranquility is built in; don't miss it.
